Our principal Koyo Seiko Co. Ltd merged with Toyoda Machine Works Ltd and the company’s name was officialy changed to JTEKT Corporation in January 2006. “KOYO” has been known as famous global brand for bearings product thus the company decided to keep using “KOYO” as its brand.
